If you have a password that begins with a dash ("-"), you will not be able to successfully log in to FTP. You should have no problem logging in to e-mail/webmail, Site Manager, etc.

To avoid login problems with FTP, please log in to your Site Manager and change your password (Site Management>>Site Parameters) to something without a "-" at the beginning.

An alternative short term solution would be to add an ADDITIONAL "-" to the beginning of your password. This will allow you to successfully login to FTP in the meantime.

e.g. "-se23we" would work if you logged in with "--se23we"

However, it is preferable that you change your password.
